Concrete Supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTION:

This position oversees concrete construction operations including forming, placement, finishing, and curing on heavy civil infrastructure projects. The Concrete Supervisor leads crews to ensure concrete work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications and quality standards. Project locations throughout the Denver Metro area and Colorado Front Range.

Responsibilities:

Supervise concrete crews performing forming, placement, and finishing.
Coordinate concrete pours, scheduling, and material deliveries.
Ensure forms, reinforcement, and subgrade are properly prepared.
Monitor concrete quality, finishing techniques, and curing procedures.
Enforce safety standards related to concrete operations.
Coordinate inspections and communicate with project management.
Maintain daily reports, pour logs, and quality documentation.

Skills & Experience Developed:

Leadership of concrete construction crews.
Concrete quality control and finishing oversight.
Scheduling and coordination of concrete operations.
Job site safety and quality management.

Qualifications:

Extensive experience in concrete construction and finishing.
Previous supervisory or foreman experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of concrete methods, materials, and specifications.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Agtek and Topcon software proficiency.
