The people and technology behind Colorado’s strongest infrastructure.

GNSS-guided heavy civil construction — every scope, one team, one shared model. Proud to be the leading civil contractor in the Colorado Front Range.

The civil contractor Colorado’s biggest developers call first.

The roads people drive. The utilities they count on. The ground under every home. It’s invisible until it fails. And it’s only ever as good as the people who built it.

Alpine’s built by the crews who deliver the work. We do it right the first time and build to a standard that will hold long after we’ve moved on.

Our mission is to build the ground communities are built on, and to be the company the best in the trade never want to leave.

Owned end to end

Most civil work moves in pieces.
We move it as one.

Survey, grading, utilities, concrete, paving — on most jobs, each is a separate crew on its own schedule. Every handoff between them is where the grade drifts and the timeline slips.

Alpine runs all of it as one team, working from a single shared model that guides every machine by GPS. The crew that breaks ground owns the grade, the schedule, and the result.

On most projects the work is handed off from crew to crew — broken into pieces, and at every seam the grade drifts and the schedule slips. Alpine self-performs the whole job as one team on one shared, GNSS-guided model: one continuous, level line from the first cut to the final surface.

What we deliver

Less risk. Less cost.
A faster path to revenue.

When one team owns the whole job, the work doesn’t stall waiting on another company. That means the grade holds and budget surprises don’t show up. Permits clear, building starts, and the project is earning sooner.

Alpine stays through final inspection and stabilization until the city signs off and your bond is released — so the money you have tied up in the project isn’t stuck waiting on closeout.

Our standard

We don’t compromise on what matters.

Our people

At Alpine, nobody is ‘just a number.’

Alpine started in 2019 with people who’d spent decades in this trade — operators, pipe setters, and foremen who’d run every scope. We had all worked for huge corporate companies, and we were done being treated like a number, as if we were interchangeable equipment.

We knew the work could be done right if the people doing it actually owned it, so we built the company we wished we worked for.

Today, we still show up with the same mindset every morning. What began as a 14-person crew is now more than 400 strong, and we’re building toward more than 1,500 team members over the next two years.

We hire for ownership and back our people like the company depends on them — because it does. Equipment is replaceable. The people are Alpine.
