Concrete Crew Member

JOB DESCRIPTION:

This position supports concrete construction activities including forming, placement, finishing, and curing. Concrete Crew Members assist in building curbs, sidewalks, slabs, foundations, and other concrete structures.

Responsibilities:

Assist with concrete forming, pouring, and finishing.
Set forms, install reinforcement, and prepare subgrade.
Operate hand tools and assist with concrete equipment.
Perform finishing tasks such as edging, brooming, and cleanup.
Follow safety and quality standards for concrete work.

Skills & Experience Developed:

Concrete construction methods and finishing techniques.
Use of concrete tools and equipment.
Understanding of concrete placement, curing, and quality control.
Team coordination and job site communication.

Qualifications:

Concrete or construction experience preferred.
Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor environments.
Attention to detail and quality workmanship.
Strong work ethic and teamwork skills.
