Project Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

This position is responsible for the overall planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. The Project Manager oversees schedules, budgets, quality, safety, and client relationships while coordinating internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Plan, manage, and oversee construction projects from start to finish.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
Coordinate with owners, engineers, inspectors, subcontractors, and vendors.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and contract requirements.
Review and approve submittals, RFIs, change orders, and pay applications.
Monitor project progress and resolve issues impacting schedule or cost.
Lead project meetings and provide clear direction to project teams.
Track project costs, forecasts, and profitability.
Support closeout activities including punch lists, documentation, and final billing.

Problem-solving in fast-paced construction environments.

Qualifications:

Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience managing civil construction projects.
Strong understanding of construction methods, contracts, and scheduling.
Proficiency with project management and scheduling software.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
