Innovative Surveying Powered by GNSS Precision

Alpine Civil Construction uses cutting-edge GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System) technology to replace outdated manual string line methods, allowing us to dramatically speed up project timelines and exceed client expectations with superior accuracy and efficiency.

What We Do

Surveying is at the core of every successful civil project, and at Alpine Civil Construction, we’ve redefined the process with technology that elevates accuracy, eliminates inefficiencies, and enhances deliverables across every phase of construction.

What started as a slipform paving company quickly evolved into one of Colorado’s most innovative civil contractors—thanks in large part to our early investment in stringless paving technology. By replacing traditional, manually erected string lines with Topcon GNSS-controlled systems, we revolutionized how concrete and asphalt are laid with greater speed, precision, and reliability.

Our embrace of technology didn’t stop at paving. We’ve since integrated GNSS machine control systems across all major service lines, including:

  • Mass Excavation
  • Site Grading
  • Underground Utility Installation
  • Roadway Construction

The result? Faster project delivery, improved safety, minimized rework, and tighter tolerances that meet or exceed every engineering spec.

A Track Record of Scalable Growth and Reliable Execution

In under five years, Alpine Civil Construction has grown from a 14-person startup to a workforce of over 200 strong—serving some of the most respected homebuilders and developers in the Denver metro area. While we’ve scaled rapidly, we’ve done so with intention, never compromising on quality, innovation, or our commitment to client satisfaction.

Why it Matters

Our GNSS survey and machine control systems allow us to:

  • Eliminate manual staking and string lines

  • Reduce labor and material waste

  • Deliver higher accuracy in real-time

  • Increase job site efficiency and coordination

  • Accelerate timelines while reducing overall costs

This high-tech approach ensures that every project starts on solid ground—literally and figuratively—while also providing the flexibility and scalability needed to handle large, multi-phase developments with confidence.
