Alpine Civil Construction, Inc. (“Alpine Civil Construction,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy and safeguarding the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit our website, alpinecivilconstruction.com (“Site”), submit a form, communicate with us, or otherwise interact with our services.

By using our Site, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy is intended to comply with applicable U.S. federal and state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CCPA/CPRA”), the Colorado Privacy Act, the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act, the Connecticut Data Privacy Act, and other comprehensive state consumer privacy laws described below, as well as the CAN-SPAM Act and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (“TCPA”). Nothing in this Policy is intended to, and this Policy should not be interpreted to, limit any rights you may have under applicable law.

Information We Collect

Personal Information

We may collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us, including:

  • Name
  • Company name
  • Job title
  • Email address
  • Telephone number
  • Mailing address
  • Project information or inquiry details
  • Employment-related information submitted through career applications
  • Any additional information you choose to provide through forms, emails, or other communications

Providing this information is voluntary. However, choosing not to provide certain information may limit our ability to respond to your requests or provide services.

Job applicants: Personal information submitted through a career application (such as a résumé, application form, or interview notes) is “personal information” under the CCPA/CPRA and certain other state privacy laws and is covered by this Policy and the rights described in the “Your U.S. State Privacy Rights” section below.

We do not intentionally collect “sensitive personal information” (such as government identification numbers, precise geolocation, or health information) through the Site. If you choose to submit sensitive personal information to us voluntarily (for example, in a message or resume), we will use it only for the limited purpose for which it was provided and as otherwise described in this Policy.

You may choose to disable cookies through your browser settings. Please note that doing so may affect certain features or functionality of the Site.

Some of the cookies used for analytics and marketing purposes may constitute a “sale” or “share” of personal information for cross-context behavioral (targeted) advertising under the CCPA/CPRA and similar state laws, even though we do not exchange this information for money. Where required, we honor the Global Privacy Control (“GPC”) signal and other recognized universal opt-out mechanisms as a valid request to opt out of such sale or sharing. You can also opt out directly using the link in the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” section below. We do not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals other than GPC, because no uniform industry standard for DNT has been adopted.

You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in our emails or by contacting us directly.

In accordance with the CAN-SPAM Act, each marketing email will clearly identify itself as an advertisement where required, will include our valid physical mailing address (see “Contact Us” below), and will provide a clear and conspicuous opt-out mechanism. We will honor opt-out requests within 10 business days and will not sell, share, or transfer your email address to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

SMS Communications

By providing your telephone number and submitting a form through our website, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Alpine Civil Construction, which may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or similar automated technology, regarding your inquiry, appointments, projects, employment opportunities, or services (informational/transactional messages). Where we send separate marketing or promotional text messages, we will obtain your prior express written consent specifically for those messages before doing so, as required by the TCPA.

Message frequency may vary (for example, up to 4 messages per month, depending on your inquiry or project). Standard message and data rates may apply.

Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

We do not sell or share your mobile phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice, and we are not responsible for carrier network availability or delivery delays.

This Privacy Policy is available on this page and throughout our website.

These providers are only permitted to use your information to perform services on our behalf and are expected to maintain appropriate safeguards.

We may also disclose information when required by law or when necessary to protect our legal rights.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

If you are a resident of California, Colorado, Connecticut, or another state that recognizes a right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information (including for cross-context behavioral advertising), you may opt out by: (1) disabling advertising and analytics cookies through the cookie banner or your browser settings; (2) enabling a recognized Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal in your browser, which we will treat as a valid opt-out request; or (3) contacting us using the information in the “Contact Us” section and stating that you wish to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising this right.

Notice at Collection: Categories of Personal Information
