Project Manager
Plan, execute, and deliver heavy civil construction projects across the Denver Metro and Colorado Front Range—from pre-construction through closeout.
As Project Manager, you own heavy civil projects from end to end—planning, execution, and delivery across the Denver Metro and Colorado Front Range, from pre-construction through closeout.
What you’ll own
- Plan, manage, and oversee construction projects from start to finish.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
- Coordinate with owners, engineers, inspectors, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and contract requirements.
- Review and approve submittals, RFIs, change orders, and pay applications.
- Monitor project progress and resolve issues impacting schedule or cost.
- Lead project meetings and provide clear direction to project teams.
- Track project costs, forecasts, and profitability.
- Support closeout activities including punch lists, documentation, and final billing.
What you bring
- Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience managing civil construction projects.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, contracts, and scheduling.
- Proficiency with project management and scheduling software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
