As Project Manager, you own heavy civil projects from end to end—planning, execution, and delivery across the Denver Metro and Colorado Front Range, from pre-construction through closeout.

What you’ll own

  • Plan, manage, and oversee construction projects from start to finish.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
  • Coordinate with owners, engineers, inspectors, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and contract requirements.
  • Review and approve submittals, RFIs, change orders, and pay applications.
  • Monitor project progress and resolve issues impacting schedule or cost.
  • Lead project meetings and provide clear direction to project teams.
  • Track project costs, forecasts, and profitability.
  • Support closeout activities including punch lists, documentation, and final billing.

What you bring

  • Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience managing civil construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, contracts, and scheduling.
  • Proficiency with project management and scheduling software.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
